The Hocking Hills offers over 25 miles of hiking trails ranging from
paved walkways to rugged trails. Within the Hocking Hills
State Park hiking trail system, there are 6 major trail areas. Each
area is diverse and offers a unique hiking experience.
Cedar Falls
features huge hemlocks, a picturesque waterfall and craggy
cliffs. The trial is 1/2 mile long.

Winding
narrow passages, steep inclines and a rock shelter makes
Cantwell Cliffs an exciting place to visit. Kids love the
passages and wildflower enthusiasts will be floored by the
numbers of species in the spring. The trail is about a mile
long.

Cliffs and
waterfalls and towering hemlocks line the trail. Huge rock
formations are never more than a stone's throw away and
awesome bridges will take your breath away. Trail is about
a mile long.

The Rock House-In the early
1900's, a hotel was once located near the 1/4 mile trail
leading to an opening in a cliff face with gothic-like
windows. Rockhouse was even once said to be a hide-out for
bandits and thieves in 1800's.

Towering hemlocks, a
cascading waterfall and a wide recess cave make Ash Cave one
of Hocking Hills State Park's most popular hiking trails.
Part of the trail leading to the cave is asphalt and easily
accessible for wheelchairs, dogs and strollers.
